Terms & Conditions (Summary)
Orders via signed PO. Advance 30–50% on PO acceptance; balance before dispatch or as per credit terms.
Lead time starts after artwork & sample sign-off. Not liable for delays due to client changes, statutory approvals, suppliers or force majeure.
Cancellation after procurement/production will incur cost recovery. Returns only for proven manufacturing defects or deviations.
Client retains brand ownership. Manufacturer will not use client branding without written Authorization.
Products warranted to meet specifications at dispatch. Liability limited to replacement/refund of defective batch value.
Confidentiality maintained; disputes governed under laws of Rajasthan unless mutually agreed otherwise.
