1. Order & Payment
PO / WhatsApp / Email confirmation. 50% advance for custom labels.

2. Lead Time & Delivery
Lead time after artwork approval; client-side revisions may delay delivery.

  • Company is not responsible for delays caused by client revisions or external logistics delays.
3. Cancellations & Returns
Limited returns for defect/damage only; cancellations after printing incur cost recovery.

4. Branding & IP
Client owns brand rights; manufacturer won't reuse without permission.

5. Warranty & Liability
Limited to replacement or refund for defective products.
